Hifield Darban 20 is a versatile insecticide formulated with Chlorpyriphos 20% EC, providing broad-spectrum control of insect pests in soil and foliage. It is suitable for use on crops like paddy, beans, sugarcane, and cotton. The product is effective against a wide range of pests, including Hispa, leaf roller, stem borer, aphids, and whitefly, ensuring healthy crop growth and optimal yield.

Mode of Action:

Hifield Darban 20 operates as a non-systemic insecticide, with contact, inhalation, and stomach action. It acts as an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor, disrupting the nervous system of pests. This inhibition leads to an accumulation of acetylcholine, causing continuous nerve impulses, muscle contractions, paralysis, and ultimately, the death of the targeted insects.
